The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala had released the official statement on December 31, 2025, mentioning the changes for the Kerala Aptitude Test (KAT) 2026 Session-1. The examination was scheduled on January 25, 2026, but now has been postponed to February 22, 2026. Interested candidates can register till 4:00 PM of February 5, 2026.
The Kerala MAT is conducted by CEE Kerala for MBA/ PGDM course admissions at business schools across the state. The exam will take place in CBT mode across all the districts of Kerala. Qualified candidates will be able to seek admission in management courses in various universities and affiliated colleges across the state. Step 1: Visit the official CEE Kerala website. Step 2: Under ‘PG Admissions’, select the ‘KMAT 2026 - Application Portal (Session-1)’ link. Step 3: On the KMAT homepage, click on the ‘Registration’ link under ‘If you are a new user?’ Step 4: Read the instructions, select all the declarations when agreed to, and click on ‘Proceed for Registration’. Step 5: Enter all the required details on the registration form and click on the ‘Register’ button. Step 6: Use the generated credentials to access the application form.
