We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in counseling and be familiar with various educational programs, counseling students and parents regarding the best options, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand various courses and career options.
- Assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
- Counseling students for course selection and preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
- Prepare, and enter data into CRM, and ensure its accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven 1-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology, social work or a related field.
- Should be proficient in multiple languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Assamese, and Bengali.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of educational policy and regulations.
- Have a natural knack for convincing others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
