Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth B.Com (Hons.) in International Accounting + ACCA Course Details:
The Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) programme at Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth covers accounting, finance, and auditing. This B.Com programme is integrated with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) into its curriculum. Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth is the first deemed university in Kerala to offer ACCA papers in its B.Com course. This provides students with a streamlined path towards their Chartered Accountant career.
The B.Com course covers fundamental commerce topics such as accounting, business law, management, auditing, taxation, and quantitative techniques. This specialization covers international taxation, mergers & acquisitions, international accounting, and wealth management.
Students have an option to exit the programme within the first 3 years. They will be awarded a certificate (exiting from 1st year), a diploma (exiting from 2nd year), or the B.Com degree (exiting the 3rd year). On completion of the 4th year, students can choose to take up research for the honours with research degree.
