Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur: MD Pathology. The program is NMC-compliant and affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).

The course covers histopathology, cytopathology, hematology, and clinical pathology. Students learn to take tissue samples, blood tests, and reports, along with other laboratory tests, to accurately diagnose disease. It combines theoretical study with hands-on lab practice that drives excellent diagnostic production.

In advanced, modern diagnostic laboratories at Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala, students perform hands-on practicals to learn the subject. They have access to a vast array of clinical cases, which allows them to learn about disease progression and inform clinical decision-making.

The mission of the program is to understand how people think and then apply this understanding to create innovations in diagnostics or intellectual publications (useful papers and data sets).
